This is what the DMH mini heroes can look forward to in the company’s own kindergarten in Madstein, Traboch.

Even the description DMH mini heroes shows that this special care provision is geared primarily towards the children of DMH employees. As a family-friendly company now employing 170 people, we have taken this step to improve the compatibility of family life and work.

The DMH youngsters will be looked after by a qualified employee who will be appointed in cooperation with the aid organization Hilfswerk Steiermark. This care provision can currently be used between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., with four places being available initially. If required, lunch will also be provided.

DMH will cover half the cost for this qualified care provision for children up to the age of 14.
