DMH Soft ...
CNC software of our own house will become co-ordinated with your sealmaster-machine! The simpliest way to manufacture seals by yourselves. CNC, PC (win98, 2000, NT, XP…) and basic knowledge of machines are sufficient to manufacture complex parts with it. (Nevertheless, we recommend at least 3 days training particularly on our system.) DMH Soft is based on 21 (+4 for aluminum) standard tools with which you are able to completely cover the total needs. Regardless of these it is always possible for you to tie up new or own tools in the program.

Short instruction:
At the PC you select one of the 120 existing seals or rings. It appears a sketch which you modify up according to your requirements. (Sketch is supplemented with 3D-Animation in the new version for simplification). Besides material and semi-finished material masses are queried. From these information, DMH Soft generates the CNC program, which will transfer now all these data to the machine. Needed Tools and their position at the tool-revolver are indicated with picture and correction number.
